Requirements for Ordering
To be eligible to order from us, you must
be able to supply us with one of the following valid forms of
business identification: state sales tax#, federal tax id#, business
license#, or 637 tax exemption#.
You can place your orders by phone, fax, email, or mail.
We accept payment by COD, credit card, Paypal, or cashier's check/money order/business check or wire transfer in advance.
We usually ship via USPS or UPS depending
on which is cheaper, but can ship FedEx or DHL Freight Collect upon request
only. We ship in stock items within 24hrs. Out of stock or special
order items take on average 1 to 3 weeks to receive in.
Customer pays all freight charges, including
back-orders. If you do not want back-orders or
want your order shipped complete at one time, you must request it each
time, at the time you p
lace your order.
